The hotel rooms were very dark, not as advertised, but spacious with a separate bedroom for kids. The service was pleasant but lacked proper training. The location by the lake was peaceful and beautiful, ideal for attending events nearby. The dining experience was lovely but lacked clarity on breakfast times. The facilities were average, with limited information provided.

The hotel rooms were very big and super cozy with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and took such good care of us. However, the rooms felt damp, and the drinks and food were expensive. It was a bit chilly when we arrived, and there was no hot water. The cleanliness was lacking, surrounded by piles of rubbish.

The hotel was presented lovely, although let down by a rusty toilet brush, brown toilet water, dusty skirting boards, mouldy shower tiles, and someone else's hair products in the bathroom. At a discounted price of £857, with a great balcony overlooking the lake, the room was a nice size and very clean, as was the shower room.
